you will not only be facing enhanced penalties, but your Hillsborough County DUI will be charged as a felony. You will be facing a minimum of 30 days in the Hillsborough County Jail with a maximum of 5 years in state prison. If you are convicted of a third DUI within 10 years of your last DUI conviction, your driving privilege will be revoked for 10 years. That will require at least 2 years without driving then you can apply for a hardship license under the supervision of the Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition to this, you will be placed on a period of probation
